Sometimes you’re happy, and sometimes you feel beautiful. Sometimes you fuck up, sometimes you lie, sometimes you masturbate, sometimes you steal. Sometimes you wish people dead, sometimes you wish yourself dead. Sometimes you think things that you wish you hadn’t. Sometimes where you are is exactly where you want to be, and you can feel all the energy in the universe coursing in through your fingertips. Sometimes you burn yourself when baking cookies, sometimes you don’t wash your laundry when you should. Sometimes you feel like the weight of everyone’s sadness is crushing you from every direction. Sometimes you dance. Sometimes you eat too much ice cream. Sometimes you don’t do your homework. Sometimes you write love notes that you just crumple up afterwards. Sometimes your adoration for all living creatures pours out through every pore of your skin like white light, and you feel as though you can do no wrong.

Even if it isn’t always pleasant, at least you’re feeling something; and that is grand.
